With new covid-19 guidance for personal trainers, Pat has issued Covid considerarations for 1-1 sessions. These are very reasonable, and it is reassuring to know that she has really thought through all the issues to ensure everyone's safety. After 6 sessions with Pat, I am confident with weights, and that my form has improved. With Pat's help I have gained shoulder flexibility, focussed on my hamstrings and glutes, gained overall strength, and began to gradually develop my running. It has helped me understandmore fully how important it is to warm up properly, before sustained exertion. I feel positive about continuing to do sessions at home and will plan to check in with Pat every so often for support and review
